Symptoms of Sleep Disorders in Northeast Florida

Not a morning person? Do you wake up exhausted? Are you dragging during the day because you have no energy? Being tired all the time is frustrating and exhausting. A proper screening can help understand the cause.

Snoring

Snoring is a symptom of having resistance in the airway. This sometimes occurs because air isn’t passing through the way it should be, which causes your heart to work harder because the amount of air getting to your lungs is decreased. This results in your sleep to be interrupted and often your sleep partner’s sleep will be too.

If you don’t get the right kind of rest, there could be some serious health problems going on. The good news is, there’s hope. First Coast Dental Sleep Medicine can help.
